The exclusive Bugatti Chiron Profilée is one of the latest models with a W16 engine. Originally created as an experiment following customer demand, the Chiron Profilée is a unique model based on the Chiron Pure Sport. Capable of reaching 100 km/h in 2.3 seconds, it is a unique piece of automotive history that would appeal to any collector. Numerous components have been transferred from the Pur Sport to the Profilée, such as shorter gear ratios and other mechanical modifications to ensure better driving dynamics.
Bugatti Chiron Profile it is distinguished by a fixed rear wing which improves engine cooling by drawing hot air from the engine compartment, as well as providing greater downforce. In the cabin, a woven leather finish applied to the dashboard, center console and door panels together stands out. The Argent Atlantique livery alternates with Bleu Royal Carboncon, while the lower exterior is finished in carbon fibre.

The 8.0 liter engine can deliver an output of 1,500hp. From standstill it can reach 200 km/h in 5.5 seconds, boasting a maximum speed of 380 km/h. Being a one-off, its value is destined to rise over time. Lucky its owner who managed to win it at an auction organized by RM Sotheby’s at the Louvre Palace in Paris, at the mammoth sum of 10.8 million dollars, equal to 9,792,500 euros
Bugatti says this figure makes the Chiron Profilèe the most expensive new car sold at auction, making it the largest Paris auction of RM Sotheby’s in its 47-year history. A portion of the proceeds will go to charity.
