2024 Cadillac Lyriq To Offer New Nappa Leather Seating Package

When the 2024 Cadillac Lyriq ushers in the luxury electric crossover’s second model year, it will not only be offered with an expanded range of trim levels, but will also feature an expanded range of upholstery colors, such as Cadillac Society is the first to report back in 2022. Now, Cadillac Society it has been learned that the luxury electric crossover will also be offered with the optional Nappa Leather Package.

The Nappa Leather Package (PCH production code) includes the following contents (relevant production code is listed in brackets):

  • Nappa leather seats with mini perforated inserts
  • Nappa leather armrest
  • Soft wrapped IP top and door trim
  • Original Dark Ash open pore wood trim accents the backlit doors
  • Luminous front sill plate (B7G)

The Nappa Leather Package for the 2024 Cadillac Lyriq can be selected in one of two interior colors – Oxford Stone with Garnet accents (production code H7B) or Juniper with Sky Cool Gray accents (production code H7B). This package adds $3,990 to the overall cost of the Lyriq, and is only available with the Luxury 3 (1SE equipment group) and Sport 3 (1SK equipment group) trim levels. It is not offered on the Tech (1SA equipment group), Luxury 1 (1SC equipment group), Luxury 2 (1SD equipment group), Sport 1 (1SF equipment group), or Sport 2 (1SJ equipment group) trims.

Instead of the Nappa Leather Package, the 2024 Cadillac Lyriq Tech – a new base trim for the 2024 model year – gets Inteluxe (leatherette) seat upholstery in Noir (production code H9F), while the Luxury and Sport trims feature Inteluxe seats with Mini-Perforated inserts in Noir. with a Santorini Blue accent (production code H7D) or Sky Cool Gray with a Santorini Blue accent (production code H7E).

As a reminder, Lyriq uses the luxury marque’s BEV3 platform, and is assembled at its Spring Hill factory in Tennessee for all markets except China. It is offered with two powertrains. The basic single-motor setup features one Ultium motor mounted on the rear axle, producing 340 horsepower and 325 pound-feet of torque for an estimated 312 miles of driving range. The second is a dual-motor Performance AWD setup that adds a motor to the front axle, generating more than 500 total system horsepower.
