The big update for the 2023 model year will be the debut of the high-performance 2023 Cadillac Escalade-V, which delivers unrivaled power and performance thanks to its supercharged 6.2L V8 LT4 petrol engine. Output is rated at 682 horsepower at 6,000 rpm and 653 pound-feet of torque at 4,400 rpm, launching the luxury marque’s iconic full-size SUV from 0 to 60 mph in 4.4 seconds. As luck would have it, the Argent Silver Metallic hue is also available on the Escalade-V.

As for the rest of the Cadillac Escalade trim levels, engine options include the naturally aspirated 6.2L V8 L87 petrol engine, producing 420 horsepower at 5,600 rpm and 460 pound-feet of torque at 4,100 rpm, and the 3.0L I6 LM2 Duramax turbodiesel, powered 277 horsepower at 3,750 rpm and 460 pound-feet of torque at 1,500 rpm. Both engines are connected to Cadillac’s 10-speed automatic transmission.

Per Cadillac’s Y-trim level strategy, six trim levels are offered, including base Luxury, followed by Premium Luxury and Premium Luxury Platinum and Sport and Sport Platinum, and the new top-of-the-line Escalade-V.
